1. A room is rented for hotel days. The hotel day lasts from 3 p.m. on the day of rent to 12 p.m. on the next day. A payment for stay must be made on the day of arrival.

2. If a guest does not specify duration of stay it is assumed to be one hotel night.

3. A request to prolong stay over a period specified on the day of arrival should be made by a guest in the reception desk by 10.00 a.m. on the day in which the period of room rent ends. The villa will consider the requests to prolong stay based on its capabilities.

4. Failing to leave a room after 2 p.m. constitutes prolonging of stay. If a guest leaves a room by 6 p.m. a fee for a half of a hotel day is charged.

5. A guest may not transfer a room to other persons, also during rent.

6. Persons which are not registered in the Villa may stay in a room 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

7. We ask guests using the kitchen to leave it in non-deteriorated condition.

8. The Villa bears no responsibility for a loss or damage to money, securities, valuables, other valuable items or items of scientific or artistic value if they are not deposited in the reception desk.

9. Night hours apply in the Villa 10.00 p.m. to 6 a.m.

10. During night hours persons using services of the Villa must not disrupt other guests.

11. For fire safety reasons, in the rooms of the Villa it is prohibited to use immersion heaters, irons, electric shavers and other electric devices which do not constitute equipment of the rooms. It does not apply to chargers and power supply of household appliances and laptops.

12. A guest is fully financially liable for any damage to items, equipment and technical devices of the Villa due to his fault or visiting him guests.

13. In case of a breach of the provisions of the regulations the Villa may refuse to further render services to the violating person. Such person is obliged to immediately adhere to owner’s requests, in particular to reimburse for the caused damage and leave the facility.

14. The Villa may refuse to provide accommodation for a guest who during his/her last stay severely breached the regulations.

15. Personal belongings left in a room by a leaving person will be sent to him/her on his/her cost, to the indicated address. In case of the lack of a disposition the items will be kept for three months and then utilised.
